Rice flakes breakfast cereal. Simply rinse with water, and boil in water or milk (ratio of 1.5 parts water/milk to 1 part of cereal mix). Boil for 4 minutes, then leave covered to cool for 2 minutes once boiled. Add, vegetables, herbs or sunflower seeds or for a sweeter version try berries, fruits or yoghurt as preferred.
