"Little hedgehogs" flour dumplings.
Add desired amount to boiling water in a saucepan (ensure you regularly stir to avoid the dumplings sticking to the pan) and wait until they rise to the surface. Then reduce the heat and boil for a further 5-7 minutes. Usually enjoyed with sour cream, but equally enjoyable in butter, yoghurt or your favourite sauce.
Ingredients: Wheat, Water, Salt, Egg, Rapeseed Oil.
